Health Care Committee
Who is in the committee?
Those that provide products and services that are health care related, including community senior services.
What are the Goals of the committee?
To improve public awareness and access to the health care resources available in Palm Beach County.
To involve all health care providers, purchasers and payers as active members of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Educate the Chamber members, community and the media on important health care issues.
Act as distribution sites for the Health Care Directory for the entire community. The Health Care Guide is a comprehensive resource guide for understanding and utilizing health care services in our community. This annual publication provides an insight into the many products and services that are available in Palm Beach County
Past speakers and have included: Gary Pagano, Director of Medical transport (Trauma Hawk), and Lisa Kline Goldstein, ESQ an Eldercare attorney.
Event locations: The committee meets in various health care locations, which have included JFK hospital, MorseLife, and the Health Care District of Palm Beach County.
Event sponsorships: Opportunities are available for monthly sponsorship of the Health Care Meetings, and quarterly evening socials. Sponsorship provides advertising of the facility, and the chance to speak about services offered.
The Health Care Committee meets once a month for lunch at 12:00 noon. The committee encourages members to invite guests for continued growth and expansion.
